United in their passion for dogs' welfare, mum and son Alison and Ed have created products that dogs and owners love, talk about and even collect! Alison is unmoveable on style, quality and practicality, especially not one at the expense of the other. Her keen eye for colour and insistence that dogs' comfort comes first, mean the products soon become firm favourites. Ed's creative, techy and full of ideas too. The photography, website and events are all Ed's work and he runs the company day-to-day. Like his mum, he's a real innovator when it comes to product development.
Since the launch of the first dog Drying Coat for wet dogs over ten years ago, Ruff and Tumble has added dog Bed Covers, dog-friendly Sofa Throws, dog Drying Mitts, dog Leads, canine Shampoos, Bags...and now our exciting new product, the Burnham Bolster Dog Bed. Alison and Ed are clear about what dogs need and how they should be cared for; they have spent their lives trying to get that right. Their passionate delight in dogs provides fertile ground for product ideas to flourish and grow. Two factors drove the concept for the new Burnham Bolster Bed: sleep quality and long-life. Every design detail is driven by these, because caring for dogs and quality are at the heart of all Ruff and Tumble products. With the highest grade upholstery foam topped with high density memory foam, the mattress is double-thickness, comfortable, soft, and supportive. Unique to the Ruff and Tumble Burnham Bolster Bed is the durable canvas cover. Tough, machine washable, modern and fresh, it's more present-day than yesterday. The waterproof base liner, mattress cover and inner bolster pillows ensure that accidents do not penetrate the bed structure and weaken or spoil it.
The new Burnham Bolster Bed comes with two accessories: a bespoke Burnham Bolster Towelling Bed Cover and Wool Fleece Topper.
