Note: This item is for the replacement covers only. Does not include the bed mattress or inner bolsters.
For general maintenance we recommend regular vacuuming and removing any dirty marks with a damp cloth.
Washing
- Remove all bolster cushions and the mattress using the internal zips.
- Turn the canvas covers inside out
- Machine wash the covers on a delicate cycle at no more the 30°. We recommend not using fabric softener.
- Air dry the covers still inside out and away from direct heat sources
- For the best results, re-fit covers to cushions when 80% dry
External Dimensions
*Please note that there will always be a slight variation in sizing because of the design of the bed. For example, pushing out the bolster sides can add 10cm to the overall length and vice versa
Internal Dimensions
Our Burnham Bolster Dog Beds are hand made in the UK to order. Please allow 2-4 working days to despatch.
UK Delivery
For all UK orders we offer either DPD (next working day) or EVRI (2-4 working days). For Highlands and Islands we use EVRI.
International Delivery
We ship Worldwide!
For all international delivery we use DPD International to despatch your order. Please allow at least 14 days for your order to arrive.
Customs and Duties
EU -
For orders of under €150, taxes will be correctly calculated and charged at the checkout. For orders of over €150, taxes and customs duties will be charged separately when the goods land in the destination country.
NON EU -
Please note international orders may be subject to customs and duties charges. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared and for all customs and duties costs.

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Ruff and Tumble within 60 days of receipt unless that item has been personalised.
