Care Guide Notes
As full-grain leather is a natural product, slight variations in markings may occur on the handle. To keep your lead looking its best, avoid soaking the leather handle and treat it occasionally with a high-quality leather wax. If the canvas body gets muddy, wipe down with a damp cloth and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat.

Our Morston Paddded Collars are crafted using the highest quality vegetable-tanned, full-grain leather, ensuring that you’ll enjoy them for a lifetime.
As time passes, the leather will naturally develop a beautiful patina, absorbing oils and marks from everyday life. If you ever need to clean it, follow the instructions below to maintain its longevity:
- Gently wipe off any dirt with a damp cloth before letting it dry.
- If your leather is wet, allow it to dry naturally
- Once dry, apply a small amount of leather wax using a soft cotton cloth.
- Let it dry completely, then buff away any excess product.
Please be sure to remove the collar before applying flea treatments, as these products may damage the leather when wet.

We will happily refund any item purchased from Ruff and Tumble within 60 days of receipt unless that item has been personalised.

For all international delivery we offer DPD or DHL to despatch your order. Please allow at least 14 days for your order to arrive.
Customs and Duties
EU -
For orders of under €150, taxes will be correctly calculated and charged at the checkout. For orders of over €150, taxes and customs duties will be charged separately when the goods land in the destination country.
NON EU -
All orders to the USA are now subject to a 10% tariff which is payable by the customer once goods arrive in the destination country.
Please note international orders maybe subject to customs and duties charges. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared and for all customs and duties costs.
