Our Crufts 2024 model, Maggie!
If you're going to Crufts in 2024, pop along to our stands in Hall 1-118 Hall 4 - 78 and you'll see a huge photo of beautiful Maggie on our backdrop, modelling our Drying Coats.
Maggie won our Top Model Competition in 2023, our 10th anniversary year. We asked our customers to enter their dogs to be the face of the Crufts Limited Edition dog Drying Coat, and thousands of you entered! Owner Alison could not resist this photo of Maggie, looking so content loving life outdoors. We are also delighted to say that the 2024 Ruff and Tumble Crufts Limited Edition dog coat is our customer's favourite limited edition of all time. During our birthday celebrations last year we also asked customers to vote for their favourite 'comeback' Drying Coat out of 23 past styles, and this Ebony and Chestnut dog robe (above), with a velvet trim, came out tops. Luckily it was our favourite too - we knew we could rely on our customers!
In February this year, Alison, Ed and Anne at R&T set off to South Wales to meet Maggie and her owners Gaby and Glen, to take the photographs needed for Crufts. We were hoping for no rain and clouds, so of course there was torrential rain and 40mph winds! To say nothing fazed Gaby, Glen and their baby boy Auggie is an understatement. They came not only with Maggie but also smaller and less chilled but equally adorable Marla, and worked unbelievably hard, with smiles and a can-do approach which we so appreciated.
